Drummer of Red Hot Chili Peppers Chad Smith has placed his extensive waterfront residence in the Hamptons up for sale for $15 million.

You can check the photos of the Montauk, N.Y., on the listing website.

The two-lot, four-acre estate highlights a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom 4,750-square-foot central home and a guest cabin that combines two extra bedrooms and two extended bathrooms. The yard highlights a natural garden, a limestone-capped saltwater pool, a zip line, and an outside movie theater.

According to Variety, Smith bought the house in 2005 for $2.45 million. Jennifer Landey of Sotheby’s International Realty-Bridgehampton Brokerage handles the listing for the home dealings.

Smith joined the Red Hot Chili Peppers in 1988 and has performed on with them on every album since 1989’s Mother’s Milk. In 2008, he joined Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, and Joe Satriani to form Chickenfoot, performing on both of the band’s albums.
