Stunning!
A month after finalizing her divorce with Isaiah Silva, Frances Bean Cobain listed her four-bedroom, four bathroom Spanish style house located in the Hollywood Foothills. Built in 1930, she’s selling the 3,357-square-foot property for $2.695 million. According to Architectural Digest, she bought it in 2011 for $1.825 million after she received 37% of Kurt Cobain’s estate as her inheritance.
Aside from a master suite complete with dressing area and huge closet, other features include a balcony, large living area with fireplace, open-plan kitchen with a walk-in pantry and farmhouse sink, and a huge patio. The detached garage has been converted into a screening room and she even installed her very own recording studio in it.
Billy Rose, president and founder of luxury real estate brokerage The Agency, referred to the house as having “some of the best detailing that I’ve seen in a while.”
From the colorful tiles and stained-glass windows to the wrought iron work and gorgeous vintage light fixtures, this home will definitely appeal to those with a good eye for impeccable architectural details.
