“The Music Is The Life”
There was no more accurate (and beautiful) description of the Woodstock Festival in 1969. It wasn’t just the gathering of famous musicians and their fans. It was more of the connection everyone made through music. And Neil Young perfectly summed up the entire magical experience of one of the most epic music festivals ever. We absolutely agree with him about the cameramen being total distractions though. Aren’t we all glad with the way Neil decided to deal with them? Well, that’s pretty much one of the things that every concert-goer can relate to even today. Seriously, people. You can put your phones and cameras down, no one will watch the crappy quality anyway. Lol.
Anyway, we love this interview because it shows just how much of a genius Neil is. Of course, let’s not forget that’s he’s extremely well spoken too. What’s there not to love with the Godfather of Grunge?
