A week after the death of guitarist Eddie Van Halen, he was remembered by the Billboard Music Awards.
It was in 2015 when the mythical band of which he was the leader, Van Halen, appeared within that meeting playing the song “Panama” live and being introduced by Taylor Swift.
The host and singer Kelly Clarkson was the one who presented this moment as a tribute to the musician who died of cancer, so fragments of that 2015 performance were shown.
