Front to back, Bruce Springsteen’s classic album, “Born in the U.S.A.” remains the cornerstone of his career as it produced seven hit singles when it was released in 1984 and brought Springsteen’s into the limelight.
After becoming an international superstar, the rocker occasionally shared stories about the album and one of it was when the album leaned so much into the mainstream for his own tastes as a musician and as a songwriter. However, he’s, of course, acknowledged his loyal followers who brought him to where he is now, and the opportunity that was given to him to pursue his musical goals in the records that followed.
At the Hard Rock Calling festival in London, 2013, Bruce Springsteen performed “I’m On Fire” one of the classic hits from his 1984 album, “Born in the U.S.A.” and the final track on the A-side.
